Lessons

There is no car sharing so that all lessons are dedicated to you. There are all for the full hour so that you get maximum value.

Lessons are either 1 hour, 90 minutes or 2 hours. They can be longer and you can have as many as you want during the week. Intensive courses are available(see below).

My working hours are:

9.30 – 8pm Monday – Friday

9 – 1pm Saturday.

INTENSIVE COURSES

Intensive courses are available from 15 – 40 hours and tailored to the individual and can be taken over 5 – 10 days. Normally the test is at the end of the week. If you are interested in doing an intensive course you will need to have passed your theory test and it still be in date.

If you have never driven before an intensive course can be very hard going. The amount of hours you may require will vary so it may be an idea to have a few lessons before you start the course to be able work out the amount.

If you have driven before it will be best to have an assessment lesson to work out how many hours you may need as well as what areas need to be worked on.

PASS PLUS

Pass plus is a course that allows you to build on the skills that you already have and may get an insurance discount for doing it! There is no test at the end and the course is 6 hours long. It can be done in 3 ways,

1 day - 6hrs

2 days x 3hrs

3 days x 2hrs

A majority of the course is motorway as these roads you have very little experience and the experience is needed.

the course covers:

1) Town driving

2) city driving

3) Rural driving

4) all weather driving

5) Dual carriageways

6) Motorways

Some of the parts can't be done as practical experience such as driving in snow or dark(depending on the time of year you take your pass plus) so it has to be theory.
